It depends on complexity. A performance audit with implementation can take 4-8 weeks. A modular automation system can take 3-6 months. Modernizing a legacy system is usually a 4-9 month program. We don't give estimates without understanding the requirements well — that would be irresponsible for both parties.

We work in 1-2 week iterations with visible deliverables at the end of each. We prefer Kanban for maintenance and acceleration projects, and classic Sprints for projects with better-defined scope. We also adopt the client's internal processes when integrating into existing teams.

We follow OWASP Top 10, implement robust authentication and authorization, validate all inputs, run regular dependency audits, and document security decisions. For projects with special requirements (fintech, health-tech), we can include an external security review.

We work either on Time & Materials (T&M) with a transparent hourly rate for projects with fluid scope, or on fixed price for well-defined deliverables. We prefer T&M because it allows flexibility and complete transparency. We always provide a budget estimate before starting.

Yes. We don't take on projects under €5,000 — not out of elitism, but because below this value we can't deliver real quality. The cost of onboarding, understanding context, and responsible delivery is real regardless of project size.

Standard: 30% upfront at contract signing, the rest in monthly installments or at agreed milestones. For T&M projects, we invoice bi-monthly. We don't require 100% upfront and we don't work without any upfront payment.
